CEO of Sammons Industrial Solutions since January 2024, Dan Lister joined the Sammons organization in August 2020. A proven leader with more than 25 years of experience, Dan thrives in driving large complex organizations and has experience in both the industrial and supply chain space.

Prior to accepting the role, Dan served as President of Briggs Industrial Solutions for three years driving the $500 Million US industrial business that is a subsidiary of Sammons Industrial. Dan has held roles in both the U.S. and abroad with experience in global supply chain strategies, sales, operations, product development, and marketing.

Mark Piccirillo joined Sammons in June 2023 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for Sammons Industrial. A strategic leader, with more than 25 years of experience, Mark has a proven record in leading complex finance organizations across multiple industries and driving change.

Mark has held roles with responsibilities for both the U.S. and abroad with experience in mergers & acquisitions, P&L ownership, growth initiatives, and profitability improvements. Mark previously worked at Lennox International, where he served as Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer for Lennox’ Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration businesses.

Heather Meiner serves as Vice President of Marketing & Technology for Sammons Industrial. A proven leader with more than 25 years of B-to-C and B-to-B experience, Heather’s extensive work spans small and large organizations both in the U.S. and across international locations. She thrives on implementing creative solutions to help support business goals.

Heather joined Sammons in 2018, most recently serving as the Vice President of Marketing & Technology for the Briggs Industrial Solutions business.

Amanda Coley serves as the Vice President of Human Resources where she provides strategic direction to the Human Resources teams of the Sammons Industrial businesses. A proven leader, with more than 15 years of experience, Amanda thrives on creating best in class work environments and aligning Human Resources strategies with overall business goals.

Amanda joined Sammons in 2014, serving in different roles in Human Resources at Briggs Industrial Solutions until ultimately taking on the role of VP of Human Resources and Training.

Danielle Behar is the Vice President of Corporate Development for Sammons Industrial. Danielle is responsible for the evaluation and execution of acquisition opportunities in the material handling, equipment rental and broader industrials sectors.

Danielle has over a decade of experience in mergers and acquisitions, finance and management consulting. She previously held positions at The Boston Consulting Group, BP, and Anadarko Petroleum.

She has a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Economic Analysis and Managerial Studies from Rice University, and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

As Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Sammons Industrial, Adam is responsible for the legal affairs of the company and its portfolio businesses.

Adam has over 20 years of wide-ranging legal experience. He began his career in private practice doing commercial and IP litigation, general corporate work, and real estate transactions before a tenure as Corporate Counsel at Sammons Corporation. Most recently, he served as Assistant General Counsel at a worldwide leader in infrastructure solutions for communications networks, where he held various global legal roles spanning commercial matters, labor and employment, and ethics and compliance.

Adam earned his JD from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University.
